
Helping eligible households, small businesses, nonprofits, and adult family homes access rebates for energy-efficient electric equipment and appliances.
Stevens County Youth Outreach in partnership with Stevens County is proud to participate in the Washington State Department of Commerce "Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates" program, also known as "HEAR".
The HEAR Program provides rebates and incentives to help eligible households and small businesses purchase and install high-efficiency electric equipment and appliances.
Households:
Households with incomes up to 150% of Area Median Income (AMI) may qualify for HEAR assistance.
Income eligibility is based on HUD income limits for Stevens County and will be verified during the application process.
If you answered "Yes," you may qualify and should submit an application.
All equipment must meet ENERGY STAR or AHRI certification requirements.
