Our Vision
Through All Season Landscaping, we aim to provide regular work for local youth focusing on ages 14-24 while exposing them to various industries/vocations and benefiting local businesses and members of the community.
Our Approach
We use one team lead on every job, and we do our best to pair them with at least one local youth--often times it is more if the job permits. This allows for the lead to mentor the youth and teach them what a strong work ethic is and expose them to real-world on the job skills and training. Youth learn by doing, in a positive and nurturing environment that encourages them to grow and exposes them to different types of work, which aids them in deciding which career path they want to take.
Our Accomplishments
Over the years, we have accomplished many important milestones in our mission to support local youth, including branching outside of landscaping and exposing them to more potential careers! We have done landscaping for the City of Colville, Homeland Security and the Border, several local businesses and property owners, and a complete remodel of our own building! We are currently building a fire station in Onion Creek, WA and helping youth getting paid prevailing wage. We do our best to find jobs of many different varieties in order to provide work for our youth. Please don't hesitate to inquire about work we can do for you!
